1. Sales Representive
100 Posts, Phnom Penh, Full-time, On-site
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead brand building strategies for the group of companies including the setting of brand guidelines, brand vision and value proposition for short as well as long term
• Responsible for the overall Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy, development, execution and optimization marketing campaigns
• Develop marketing calendar and different channel strategies by having end-to-end accountability of commercial delivery into market and work closely with the business and all other relevant teams to ensure high brand awareness and effective communication
• Build on product messaging that sets new e-Commerce platform apart from others in the market to give them a unique selling point (USP)
• Using creative channels to maximize promotional opportunities for Cartaloq in the most cost-efficient manner, building a consistent level of “buzz” around the brand
• Enhance the consumer purchase experience by developing and monitoring funnel strategy and conversion
• Constantly engage with Business and Tech teams to enhance the user experience for short as well and long term
• Launch paid digital marketing campaigns in Facebook & Google Ads
• Create and test various target audiences including lookalike, website custom audiences, CRM retargeting and other related target audiences
• Create and test various ad units in collaboration with our in-house creative team.
2. E-Money Sales Merchant
100 Posts, Phnom Penh, Full-time, On-site
Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Visit agent daily/weekly and monthly follow company plan
-
Recruit new agent in assign area
-
Training new and existing agents
-
Support on Paper roll/POSM delivery and display at agents
-
Support cash In and Cash Out for agent in assign area by do cash delivery and collection
-
Provide communications to agents follow area assigned
-
Support on maintenance POS terminal
-
Support and solve problem at agent side to ensure of quality problem solving
-
Support marketing campaign and activation in assign area
-
Be Able to travel cross province and district other than assigned location based
-
Perform sales actions to achieve monthly assigned target
-
Maintain strong relationship with customers and agents
-
Deal with team/other departments/principal to resolve complaints made by customers
-
Report all sales relevant reports in daily basis, weekly basis, and monthly basis

Doing job as assigned by manager and supervisor
Requirement:
-
Bachelor Degree/Diploma in business related fields or sufficient sales experience
-
English proficiency an added advantage

Minimum 1-year experience of sales (Fintech or related to client services)

Strong commitment and working responsibility

Honest and hardworking
-
Intellectual person and able to work under pressure and meet deadline and targets.
