Mr. Victor is Chief Executive Officer at Massive Distributions. Before this, he was the Chief Commercial Officer for the 4th largest airlines company in Asia and was responsible for its loyalty program and successfully managed 26 million members across 22 countries.
He brings us a wealth of exposure and experience in multifaceted industries regionally across Asia. He has more than 15 years of experience in banking and finance, helming various senior positions with responsibilities in different fields of expertise, inter alia loans, mortgages, collections, portfolio management, syndicated loans, and credit cards. He worked in several international and local banks, including Citibank, Standard Chartered Bank, Southern Bank, CIMB, and Maybank.
Victor also held several key positions in other industries. From 2006 to 2010, he was the Director of Customer Experience for a satellite Pay-TV operator, Astro, and looked after subscriber management, marketing, cross-sell and up-sell, loyalty program, churn management, and payment channels.
Victor graduated from the University of Mississippi in Oxford, Mississippi, the USA, with a Bachelor’s Degree in General Business and Marketing. He also holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing Management. He was awarded the Chief Marketing Officer of the Year in Malaysia in 2018 and several other Loyalty Engagement awards across ASEAN, Asia, and globally. He has been an international speaker on the topic of Customer Loyalty at PAX Loyalty China Summit in Beijing, China, and the Aviation Festival in London, the United Kingdom in 2018. He was also a key member of the National Cards Group in Malaysia, the International Security and Risk Council of MasterCard, and a Council Member of Union Pay International for the Asia Pacific.
